Our Mission

Holistic Healing

Dr. Chris Lipat's Mind-Body Energy Medicine practice is a holistic, culturally grounded wellness clinic that values openness, connection, and referral, especially to other culturally sensitive and LGBTQIA+/māhū-friendly healing arts practitioners.

"Makapagpapabuti is the expression of the individual giving gratitude to everything in existence...When there is complete understanding and respect of one's relationship with others, nature, and everything in existence, one achieves mastery of mind, emotion and body." - Bibiano Fajardo, arbularyo (herbalist), manghihilot (traditional healer), author of Hilot: the science of the ancient Filipino healing arts

With leaders in Oceania being challenged to meet changes in rising sea levels, in military deployment and development, in economic shifts, in increasing health disparities, how do we strengthen and uplift our families'/communities’ capacity to embrace and protect our cultural and environmental resources, to value community wellness, to vision and build new and better ways of surviving and thriving built on mutual respect of each other and the land?

Dr. Lipat has been supporting leaders (and they see everyone as a leader) one-on-one to come into mind-body-spirit alignment. They support patients through vulnerable moments, helping to build their capacity to process and hold more complexity, so that they can create new and better ways of seeing, understanding and shaping their families, communities, and our world. Dr. Lipat finds it humbling and heart opening to be a witness to their patients’ challenges and triumphs, and they want to serve more of you who are growing in love, authenticity and wisdom. 🙏

We value the health of the earth, choose organic, and make more environmentally sustainable choices wherever possible. A percentage of the profits from Dr. Chris Lipat's Mind-Body Energy Medicine practice are donated to groups committed to fostering a more equitable, sustainable Oceania and to innovative community wellness initiatives.

This is an LGBTQ-friendly practice. All are welcome.
